Guyana, Demerara-Mahaica Region, Georgetown, The Light House built of brick in 1830 to replace an earlier wooden one built by the Dutch. It is octagonal in shape and rises 103 feet. It is a Guyana National Monument. The Stabroek Market clock tower is visible to the left in the distance.
