Archeological museum/sculpture of Roman eagle. Flanking the main building of the museum are two giant pillars. Perched majestically atop the left hand column is a magnificent sculpture of a Roman eagle. The museum is home to an extensive array of Roman artefacts collected from nearby Salona once the capital of Roman Dalmatia and from the city of Split itself.
